Deposits and Making A Reservation

A minimum non-refundable credit/debit card deposit is required for making and holding a reservation and will be applied to your rental balance. If customer does not have a valid debit or credit card he/she can stop by our office located at the Kalamazoo Airport and pay the balance due up front to hold the reservation (this amount is nonrefundable). If paying by credit / debit card, customer will not be charged the balance due until 24 - 72 hours prior to the reservation date. If paying the balance by cash or money order, the amount will be due on or before the reservation date.
