Deposits and Making A Reservation
Business / Corporate / Airport transports: A credit card is required to be on file for securing a reservation. No up front deposit is needed. Amount due will be charged to the customers credit card on file the day of services. If paying by cash the balance will be due at time of transport.
Limousine Rentals: A minimum non-refundable credit/debit card deposit is required for making and holding a reservation and will be applied to your rental balance. If customer does not have a valid debit or credit card he/she can stop by our office located at the Kalamazoo Airport and pay the balance due up front to hold the reservation (this amount is nonrefundable). If paying by credit / debit card, customer will not be charged the balance due until 24 - 72 hours prior to the reservation date. If paying the balance by cash or money order, the amount will be due on or before the reservation date.
Corporations & Business Travel
Corporate Billing can be arranged. Please call our reservation
office at 866-925-4667 for account set up information.
Additional Charges
Tolls, parking fee's, phone usage, un-reserved overtime, fuel, travel and other surcharges that cannot be calculated prior to service are not included in the estimate.
Any un-reserved overtime charges are as follow:
1/2 hour over (10 min. to 30 min.) Sedans 30.00
6, 8, & 14 passenger
limos 75.00
1 hour over - (31 min. to 60 min.) Sedans 60.00
6, 8, & 14 passenger
limos 100.00
Overtime charges do not include gratuity
Alcohol & Narcotics Policy
Any alcoholic beverages used at the time of service must be purchased by the customer and kept inside the coach area of the limousine at all times. Leisure Limousine Inc. does not supply alcoholic beverages to its customer’s. Use of narcotics is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol & Under 21 Years of Age
No alcoholic beverages shall be used before or during services of Leisure Limousine Inc. by any person under the age of 21. Leisure Limousine Inc. will not be held liable for the actions of customers who do serve minors while retaining the services of the company, agent or employees. The driver reserves the right to check identification at any time during services if underage alcohol consumption is suspected. The driver also reserves the right to refuse its services to anyone under the age of 21 if he/she is suspected of alcohol consumption. Leisure Limousine will not be held responsible for any underage alcohol consumption.
Smoking Policy
Leisure Limousine Inc. does not allow smoking in any of its limousine fleet. Smoking in a Leisure vehicle will result in a $150.00 minimum charge
Cancellation And Changes
To cancel or change a reservation please call toll free at 866-925-4667 or 269-343-0848. Customer agrees upon confirmation of reservation (telephone or online) that a minimum fee will apply for any cancellation (or change in reservation) and assessed to the customers credit card on file unless other arrangements are made. If Leisure Limousine Inc. for any reason beyond its control will not be able to perform, the customer shall be limited to a full refund of any money paid.

'No Shows' will be charged full price of reservation
Limousines (special occasions, weddings, proms, night on the town, etc.)
$150.00 Special Occasions, All Others
$250.00 Weddings

Cancellations within 72 hours & 'No Shows' will be charged full price of reservation
Winery Tour Shuttle (New Buffalo, Michigan)
$25.00 per person cancellation fee

DUE TO SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE RESERVATION MADE. PLEASE
REVIEW YOUR CONFIRMATION FOR THE NOTED FEE OR ASK A
LEISURE LIMOUSINE REPRESENTATIVE IF YOU SHOULD HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
Customer hereby waives any and all claims against Leisure Limousine Inc., or any agent or employee of company for injury, loss or damage, including consequential damages, to customer’s person or property from whatever cause and however occurring, unless the same shall be caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of company or its agents or employee’s. Customer is responsible for all actions, including the actions of your party. Any disorderly conduct will be considered a breach of this contract and the entire party may be dropped off at the drivers discretion. Customer is responsible for any and all damages. Customer agrees to a minimum $150.00 charge which will be assessed to the customers credit card (unless other arrangements are made) for cleaning due to spills, smoking or any damages, etc. Customer hereby agrees immediately upon demand to reimburse Leisure Limousine Inc. in full for any and all damages or injury to any company agent or employee, or to any vehicle or property of the company, which is caused by the customer or customer’s party. A detailed list of any damages along with cost will be provided to the customer. Leisure Limousine Inc reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement. Leisure Limousine Inc is not resposible for lost or stolen items of the customer.
